Lack of cash flow planning. And a culture of 'live large even though you barely can'. I.e people get paid and straight away it's out to carnival! I.e 2. People can do with a small city car but we all claim we need off-roaders. Roads in kenya can get bad belive me i know; but in the usual day of any kenyan you will rarely need one. Same with laptops tv's stereos. We are a nation of poor 'financial managers'. Including me... But i'm trying my best to change. And the results are stunning! Two things. Lack of cash flow planning.
